 I come from a small town in Sussex, UK. From the age of 6, all I wanted was become a hair stylist and makeup artist so that I could make people feel great about themselves.

The artistry that can be created through hair and makeup has always fascinated me. As a teenager I would linger over the editorial pages of British Vogue studying just how they applied the models eyeshadow, lip color, seamless foundation and how the texture of the hair was manipulated to create a striking look. I would meditate on those images as I lie in bed.

I did all I could to blaze the trail I wanted to walk. I enrolled myself in prestigious schools and studied above and beyond what was required because I was so enamored by the fashion and beauty industry.

In my early twenties I moved to London and worked in London's West End. I'm proud to say I've worked with some of the best hairdressers in the world, been privileged enough to work at London Fashion Week, and styled hair for TV and celebrities (ok, it was just the one celebrity... but I'm still proud of that achievement).
